Roskilde Bank at a glance
On 24 August 2008, Roskilde Bank A/S was taken over by Danmarks Nationalbank and the Private Contingency Association with a view to a winding-up.
Effective 10 August 2009, the shares in Roskilde Bank were transferred to the Financial Stability Company which has thus assumed ownership of and liabilities relating to Roskilde Bank. The winding-up of Roskilde Bank will continue unchanged under the new ownership.
