Management board
The Management Board is in charge of the day-to-day management of the Financial Stability Company.
The Management Board shall perform its duties in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Board of Directors.
The Management Board is the Financial Stability Company’s representative in respect of the subsidiaries. The Management Board must also ensure that the subsidiaries maintain a regular flow of information vis-à-vis the Financial Stability Company that is consistent with the requirements set out in the subsidiaries’ articles of association and other documents.
As a general rule, statements to the public about matters pertaining to the Financial Stability Company are made by the Management Board.
