On 11 February 2010, Finansieringsselskabet af 11/2 2010 A/S signed an agreement with Capinordic Bank’s trustee in bankruptcy concerning the transfer of the bank’s assets in Denmark. The transfer also comprised the bank’s subsidiaries, including O.T.C. Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, as well as the bank’s employees.
Finansieringsselskabet af 11/2 2010 A/S will wind up the exposures taken over in an ongoing process.
Finansieringsselskabet af 11/2 2010 A/S dissolved
At an extraordinary general meeting held on 13 May 2011, the shareholders resolved to complete a merger of Finansieringsselskabet af 11/2 2010 (as the discontinuing company) and Roskilde Bank (as the continuing company). In connection with the merger, Finansieringsselskabet was dissolved by transfer of the company's assets and liabilities to Roskilde Bank.
