Løkken Sparebank at a glance
On 1 March 2009 Finansiel Stabilitet signed an agreement with Løkken Sparekasse, which implies that Finansiel Stabilitet establishes a subsidiary to which the assets and liabilities of Løkken Sparekasse, except the DKK 170 million guarantee capital, is transferred.
The new bank’s activities are continued under the name Løkken Sparebank A/S.
Effective 1 January 2010 Løkken Sparebank merged with EBH Bank, and the activities continued under the name EBH Bank. The merger was adopted at the ordinary general meetings of each company on 29 April 2010.
